Location:
Below Todoque, very quiet location, ideal climate at 250 metres above sea level, approx. 7,000 square metres of sloping land directly adjacent to a nature reserve.
Outdoor Area:
Approximately 5 x 10 m swimming pool, several terraces, some covered, barbecue, enclosed, tastefully landscaped, partly natural grounds, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. Environmentally friendly energy supply thanks to a new solar power system on the property.
Living Area:
Large octagonal living room, open-plan well-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a guest WC and utility room. Wooden beamed ceilings in all rooms, newly built in Canarian style, very high quality house, approx. 150 sqm.

- Due to infrastructure destroyed by the volcano, the water supply is being provided by tanker trucks for an indefinite period of time.
