Slightly south of the church and viewpoint of Tajuya, approx. 3,500 sqm plot at 535 m elevation.

Large terraces running around the house with plenty of sun protection, 6.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool, barbecue, from the front terraces there are beautiful views over the Aridane valley to the sea and mountains, the rear terrace in the courtyard offers peace and is sheltered from view and wind, approx. 3,500 sqm plot.

Large living room with several seating areas, interesting wooden beam ceiling and fireplace, spacious dining room with additional couch corner, a very well-equipped kitchen, a small study, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, from almost all rooms there is direct access to the surrounding terraces, approx. 165 sqm living space.
