Casa Salamandra is a very well-equipped holiday home in a climatically favorable location with a beautiful sea view and a garden shaped by ancient lava formations. Casa Salamandra lies south of the new lava field. The southern part of the Aridane Valley is easily accessible via two well-developed roads.

Built in the 1970s and well maintained, Casa Fresena has a certain retro charm. It is climatically well situated at an altitude of 260 m in Las Norias. Las Norias was partially destroyed by one of the last lava flows of the September 2021 eruption; however, part of the settlement was spared. The beach of Puerto Naos is only a few minutes away by car.
