Our interest lies in the area of detached holiday homes,
preferably with one or more of the following criteria:
- High-quality equipment
- Swimming pool
- Sea view
- Quiet location
- Low altitude
- Western side
We are also always looking for apartments in Puerto de Tazacorte.
What we are not looking for:
- Houses from 600 m above sea level
- Houses which, except for a few gaps, are already rented out in summer
- Houses that are already being marketed through a variety of channels
- Houses that already have a large number of regular customers
- Houses that do not meet our quality standards
- Holiday flats and apartments (except in Puerto de Tazacorte)
