Built in the 1970s and well maintained, Casa Fresena has a certain retro charm. It is climatically well situated at an altitude of 260 m in Las Norias. Las Norias was partially destroyed by one of the last lava flows of the September 2021 eruption; however, part of the settlement was spared. The beach of Puerto Naos is only a few minutes away by car.

Las Norias, favorably located climate-wise at 260 m above sea level, private bungalow with pool and beautiful sea views.
Outdoor Area:
A polygonal swimming pool with 9.50 m length and 3 - 4 m width, with a wide staircase leading into it, invites you to swim. From the conservatory open to the pool with seating area and from the terrace at the pool and conservatory there are beautiful sea views. A small breakfast terrace on the mountain side of the house, approx. 850 sqm plot.
Living Area:
The living room is divided into the couch corner and the dining area with dining table. Adjacent to the dining area is a small, separate, well-equipped kitchen. To the right of the couch corner is the access to the two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower, approx. 120 sqm living space.
