Location:
Amagar, quietly located on the edge of Barranco de las Angustias, between Puerto de Tazacorte and La Punta at about 310 metres above sea level. Vista Hermosa is a house with four flats. Vista Hermosa 4 is located on the outside right towards the sea.
Outdoor Area:
A separate, secluded 42 m² terrace directly adjacent to the apartment, a round swimming pool with a diameter of 6 m, an outdoor shower and a large terrace with seating and lounging areas in the communal area. All terraces offer fantastic views of the caldera, the ravine below the house, the Aridane Valley and the sea.
Living Area:
Living room with seating area and dining area and integrated kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom, approx. 50 square metres of living space.
