South of Puerto Naos directly by the sea, holiday home with 90 sqm living space on its own plot, approx. one kilometer from the Charco Verde bathing beach.
Outdoor Area:
Furnished terrace, well-maintained, beautifully landscaped garden directly on the coast, barbecue, exceptionally beautiful sea views. The plot is approx. 1000 sqm.[nl]The small round swimming pool with approx. 3 m diameter is filled with water on request and for a fee of 50. Filling takes 2 - 3 days, so it is not immediately available in case of direct changeover or spontaneous decision.
Living Area:
Spacious living room with large built-in corner couch, fireplace and dining area, rustic wooden beam ceiling, large open, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with tiled shower tray. Tastefully, bright and cheerfully furnished, approx. 90 sqm living space.

- Due to weather conditions, the swimming pool may fall below a comfortable bathing temperature.
- An additional fee of 50 applies for use of the pool.
- For two guests, one bedroom and one bathroom are available. Use of the second bedroom and bathroom is possible for an additional fee of 15/day. Please indicate when booking if you would like to use the second bedroom and bathroom.
