Location:
Vista Valle, between Los Llanos and El Paso, at approx. 500 m elevation, beautiful and tastefully furnished villa. Three restaurants are within about 10-15 minutes' walk.
Outdoor Area:
Approx. 8.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool (0.4% saltwater, no chlorine), large terrace, lovingly landscaped garden, covered barbecue area, beautiful views of sea and mountains, 1,800 sqm plot.
Living Area:
A spacious living room with seating area, wood-burning stove and dining table, a very well-equipped, open kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom with shower and bidet. The bright rooms and the upscale, tasteful furnishings offer a pleasant living atmosphere.
