Casa Fielato is a modern, newly built, high-quality pool villa for four persons. The villa is only a few minutes walk from the center of Los Llanos and is therefore well suited for guests who prefer to forgo a rental car.
Location:
Slightly outside Los Llanos, high-quality holiday home completed in August 2024, located at 430 m above sea level. Casa Fielato is situated on the old connecting road from Los Llanos to El Paso.
Outdoor Area:
Approx. 5 x 2.50 m swimming pool with outdoor shower, large partially covered terrace with unobstructed sea views, barbecue, fenced approx. 500 sqm plot.
Living Area:
A spacious living room with sofa and dining area, an open, very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with double bed (150 x 190 cm) and the other with two single beds (each 90 x 190 cm) and two bathrooms with shower, approx. 80 sqm living space.
