Casa Jardin Tropical is a lovingly restored original Canarian country house. It is secluded in a large, lush, beautifully landscaped subtropical garden. The house is powered by renewable energy and plastic is avoided as much as possible.
Location:
Above La Laguna, at approx. 320 m elevation, quiet, 100-year-old original Canarian finca with authentic charm and a fantastic subtropical garden.
Outdoor Area:
Large terrace, large garden with many fruit trees, secluded 4,300 sqm plot. The three longwave radio masts above Finca Antigua are out of operation.
Living Area:
Living room with seating area, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom and two shower rooms, one bathroom is directly accessible from the bedroom, approx. 75 sqm living space.[nl]Canarian wooden beam ceilings and rustic furnishings give the house a special charm. During renovation, particular emphasis was placed on sustainability.
