Above Santa Cruz de La Palma in Breña Alta/Las Vueltas, stately Spanish villa at approx. 180 m above sea level.
Outdoor Area:
Well-maintained beautiful garden with a 5 x 10 m swimming pool, fantastic unobstructed views of the sea, the coast and part of Santa Cruz, several terraces, enclosed approx. 1,300 sqm plot. On the first floor there is a large partially covered terrace with barbecue.
Living Area:
On the ground floor is the spacious living room, the well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. On the upper floor is the third bedroom and another bathroom, approx. 170 sqm living space on two floors. The villa is partly furnished with very beautiful high-quality antique furniture and the original kitchen and floor tiles have been preserved.
