An approx. 2,300 sqm fenced plot characterized by old lava rocks, a round pool with approx. 5 meters diameter, outdoor shower, a covered dining area with barbecue, refrigerator and dishwasher, additional seating areas, carport, beautiful views of the landscape and mountains.
Living Area:
A living room with seating area, a very well-equipped kitchen with dining area and wood-burning stove, two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, two shower rooms, the kitchen and one bedroom with traditional Palmero wooden beam ceiling, approx. 100 sqm living space.
