Holiday resort Alexandra in Tajuya, at approx. 450 m elevation, quiet and very well-maintained on 11,000 sqm hillside plot. The attractive residential units are located on different levels, two-story house with 3 apartments, Casa Alexandra 2 is located on the upper floor.
Outdoor Area:
Swimming pool, terrace, very well-maintained, magnificent, park-like subtropical garden. Large balcony with views of the palm garden and pool, barbecue area at the pool.
Living Area:
Spacious living room with seating set and dining area, integrated kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom, approx. 48 sqm.

Basic Equipment:
