Location:
Holiday resort Alexandra in Tajuya, at approx. 450 m elevation, quiet and very well-maintained on 11,000 sqm hillside plot. The attractive residential units are located on different levels. Casa Alexandra 4 is the upper apartment of a two-story house.
Outdoor Area:
Swimming pool, very well-maintained, magnificent, park-like subtropical garden, roof terrace with sea and mountain views and barbecue area at the pool.
Living Area:
Inviting and comfortably furnished living room with kitchenette, seating and dining corner, Canarian wooden beam ceiling, one bedroom with double bed, one shower room, approx. 48 sqm.

Basic Equipment:

- Towels and tea towels (no beach towels)

Cleaning service every 2 days except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Bed linen changed once a week, towels changed as required.
