Above Los Llanos, at approx. 400 m elevation, very quiet, two-story house with three apartments, lower apartment with separate entrance, approx. 20 minutes' walk to the center of Los Llanos.

Covered terrace, barbecue, sea views, approx. 4 x 8 m communal pool and sunbathing lawn.
Living Area:
Living room with seating area and dining table, wooden beam ceiling, kitchen open to the living room, exceptionally well-equipped, one bedroom, one shower room. High-quality, beautiful furnishings.
