Tajuya, at approx. 450 m elevation, well-maintained property with a 2-story house with three apartments and a separate bungalow. Apartment 1 is located on the upper floor of the house on the same level as the pool.
Outdoor Area:
Swimming pool, large terrace with beautiful sea views, well-maintained subtropical garden, at the pool a barbecue for Apartment 1 and 2.
Living Area:
Attractive, spacious living room with seating and dining corner, open well-equipped kitchen, Canarian wooden beam ceiling, one bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds, one bathroom and an additional guest toilet, approx. 81 sqm.
