Tajuya, approx. 450 m above sea level, well-kept property with a two-story house with three apartments and a separate bungalow. Apartment 3 is located in the basement of the house.

Swimming pool, separate terrace with barbecue area at the apartment, surrounded by a well-kept subtropical garden, large terrace with beautiful sea views at the pool.
Living Area:
Living room with a sitting and dining area, open well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and an additional guest toilet, approx. 60 sqm.
