Tajuya, at approx. 450 m elevation, well-maintained property with a 2-story house with three apartments and a separate bungalow. Apartment 3 is located on the lower floor of the house.

Swimming pool, at the apartment a separate terrace with barbecue area, surrounded by a well-maintained subtropical garden, at the pool a large terrace with beautiful sea views.
Living Area:
Living room with seating and dining corner, open well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom and an additional guest toilet, approx. 60 sqm.
