90 sqm well-maintained house on a side road in a rural area below El Paso, at approx. 450 m elevation.

Swimming pool, several terraces, barbecue area, sea and mountain views, approx. 700 sqm garden plot.

Living room with comfortable seating area and wood-burning stove, well-equipped separate kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a conservatory. Bright and cheerfully furnished, approx. 90 sqm living space.
