South of El Paso, very quiet location at approx. 650 m elevation, high-quality and comfortably furnished house with approx. 170 sqm living space.
Outdoor Area:
Approx. 3.5 x 9 m swimming pool with outdoor shower, large partially covered terrace, built-in barbecue with covered, wind-protected dining area, very beautiful unobstructed sea views.
Living Area:
A spacious living room with comfortable seating area and wood-burning stove, open, very well-equipped kitchen and a beautifully designed dining area, three comfortable bedrooms with Canarian wooden beam ceilings and two shower rooms.
