It has several large terraces with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious rooms have the typical Canarian wooden beam ceilings, are light-flooded and modernly furnished and offer a lot of comfort for the vacation.

It has several large terraces with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious rooms have the typical Canarian wooden beam ceilings, are light-flooded and modernly furnished and offer a lot of comfort for the vacation.
Location:
South of El Paso, very quietly situated. High-quality and comfortably furnished house. About 650 m above sea level. Approx. 170 sqm living space.
Outdoor Area:
Approx. 3.5 x 9 m swimming pool with outdoor shower, large partly covered terrace, brick BBQ with a covered, wind-protected dining area, very nice free ocean view.
Living Area:
A spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area and fireplace, an open, very well equipped kitchen and a beautifully designed dining area, three comfortable bedrooms with Canarian wooden beam ceilings and two shower bathrooms.
