Below La Laguna, approx. 220 M above sea level, two-story house in typical, modern Spanish architecture. Bus stop, bank, and shopping facilities within 10 minutes walking distance.

Approx. 4,5 x 8.90 m swimming pool, BBQ, as well as a large, partly glazed roof terrace with beautiful ocean views.
Living Area:
The downstairs consists of a living room with sitting area, fireplace, dining area with a large dining table, a separate well-equipped kitchen, TV room, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower while the upstairs contains one bedroom and one bathroom with shower, approx. 100 sqm.
