Below La Laguna, at approx. 220 m elevation, two-story house in typical modern Spanish architecture. Bus stop, bank, and shopping facilities within a 10-minute walk.

Living Area:
On the lower floor there is a living room with seating area and TV, the fireplace, a dining area with large dining table, a small but well-equipped kitchen, a TV room, a bedroom, and a shower room. On the upper floor is the second bedroom, a shower room, and a furnished conservatory with access to the roof terrace, approx. 100 sqm living space.
