Tajuya, at approx. 450 m elevation, well-maintained property with a 2-story house with three apartments and a separate bungalow. The bungalow is located separately in the rear area of the property.

Swimming pool, large terrace with beautiful sea views and a separate terrace with barbecue area, well-maintained subtropical garden.
Living Area:
Large living room with seating and dining corner, Canarian wooden beam ceiling, separate kitchen, one bedroom, a pretty bathroom and an additional guest toilet, bright and cheerfully furnished, approx. 61 sqm.
