Location:
Below Los Llanos, completely renovated and lovingly furnished old Canarian house with two floors, quietly situated at approx. 300 m elevation in the banana plantations. The access road to the house is narrow and only suitable for experienced drivers. However, the vehicle can also be parked on the road 200 m away.
Outdoor Area:
Secluded terraces, balcony with beautiful sea and mountain views, comfortable covered barbecue kitchen with seating area, an empty former water reservoir serves as a space for sports and ball games, plunge pool for cooling off on warm days.
Living Area:
On the ground floor a living room with open fireplace, dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. On the upper floor a bedroom with narrow double bed and one bathroom, original Spanish ambience with many accessories, approx. 75 sqm.
