In the old part of the house you will find the rustic living room with a large wood-burning stove, the small and cozy country kitchen, a bedroom with a large bunk bed, and a small bathroom with a sit-in bathtub. The extension houses the conservatory with seating area and wood-burning stove, the second bedroom which opens onto the conservatory, and another bathroom. On warm days, the pool provides refreshing relaxation.

Las Manchas de abajo, approx. 450 m altitude, quiet, rural agricultural surroundings, original Canarian finca with attached new building section. A bus stop is nearby.

2,000 sqm garden plot, beautiful views of the mountains, also sea views from the garden, 10 m x 4.30 m pool, dining area with barbecue facilities.

Living room with seating area, wooden beam ceiling and floor, fireplace and a side area with sleeping facilities, small kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, conservatory with seating area and wood-burning stove, approx. 100 sqm living space.
