Tajuya, approx. 400 M above sea level, on a terraced garden plot of 600 sqm, two restaurants can be reached on foot in approx. 15 Minutes.
Outdoor Area:
All year round usable 3,50 x 7,50 m pool (a retractable cover reduces cooling and pollution), a terrace with large rustic seating area and BBQ, two further terraces, sea view.
Living Area:
A spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and fireplace, separate dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, tasteful, bright and welcoming, 100 sqm.
