Between Los Llanos and El Paso, approx. 540 M above sea level, very quiet.

Small semi-circular pool (2,50 x 5 m), several terraces, one of them partially covered, beautiful garden, BBQ, fantastic free ocean view.

Living room with a rustic brick bench, a comfortable suite, fireplace and an integrated, very well-equipped, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a pretty winter garden, which is bright and pleasantly furnished as a dining room, approx. 130 sqm.
