Small semicircular pool (2.50 x 5 m), several terraces, one partially covered, beautiful garden, barbecue, dreamlike unobstructed sea views.

Living room with rustic built-in seating bench, a comfortable seating area, wood-burning stove and integrated very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a pretty conservatory that is bright and cheerfully furnished as a dining room, approx. 130 sqm.
