The villa is quietly located among organic banana plantations in a climatically favorable area at an elevation of about 200 m on the sunny west side of La Palma, just a few minutes drive from the town of Tazacorte.

Southeast of Tazacorte, quietly situated, newly built holiday home in Bauhaus style, favorably located climate-wise at approx. 200 m above sea level.
Outdoor Area:
Approx. 5 x 2.50 m swimming pool with outdoor shower, large terrace with sea views, barbecue, approx. 500 sqm plot, surrounded by organic banana plantations.
Living Area:
A high-quality furnished living room with sofa and dining area, an open, very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, approx. 80 sqm living space in modern minimalist style.
