Southeast of Tazacorte, quietly situated, newly built Bauhaus-style holiday home, climatically well situated at about 200 m above sea level.
Outdoor Area:
Approx. 5 x 2.50 m swimming pool with outdoor shower, large terrace with sea view, BBQ, approx. 500 sqm plot, surrounded by organic banana plantations.
Living Area:
A high-quality furnished living room with sofa and dining area, an open, very well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, approx. 80 sqm living space in a modern minimalist style.
