Casa Sandra is a modern, two-storey villa in a climatically favorable location below La Laguna. It is situated at an altitude of about 240 m on the sunny west side of La Palma. The newly built villa features a heated swimming pool, which can be covered if required. A built-in barbecue is also available. From the rooftop terrace, guests can enjoy beautiful sea views. Casa Sandra accommodates up to four guests. The light-filled rooms are generously proportioned and very high-quality furnished. Shopping facilities can be reached within just a few minutes by car in the town of Tazacorte.

Below La Laguna, located at approx. 240 m elevation, only two kilometers from Tazacorte.
Outdoor Area:
A heated, coverable swimming pool, approx. 2.4 x 6 m, a covered terrace, a built-in barbecue in the garden area, a roof terrace with sea views. Pool heating is included in the rental price.
Living Area:
On the lower floor there is a living room with seating area and TV, a dining area with large dining table, an open, very well-equipped kitchen with American refrigerator, a study with desk, a shower room and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms each with TV, private bathroom and walk-in closet as well as access to the roof terrace. Living room and both bedrooms each have air conditioning for heating and cooling. Living space approx. 150 sqm.
