Well-kept house of 90 sqm on a side street in a rural area below El Paso, approx. 450 M above sea level.

In front of the house is a terrace with an ocean view, another terrace is behind the house with a mountain view. approx. 700 sqm garden including a BBQ area.

Living room with a comfortable sitting area and fireplace, well-equipped separate kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a winter garden. Bright and friendly furnished, approx. 90 sqm of living space.
