Due to its solar system, the house is almost energy self-sufficient.

Casa Roja is an elegant Spanish villa in a climatically favorable location directly above Santa Cruz de la Palma. In addition to the well-maintained garden and swimming pool, the house offers magnificent views of the coastline and the Atlantic from various terraces and interior rooms.

Built in the 1970s and well maintained, Casa Fresena has a certain retro charm. It is climatically well situated at an altitude of 260 m in Las Norias. Las Norias was partially destroyed by one of the last lava flows of the September 2021 eruption; however, part of the settlement was spared. The beach of Puerto Naos is only a few minutes away by car.
